Purchasing Stage: 

If you are in the process of looking to purchase a vacation rental home and don’t exactly know where to start, please reach out to us. In this stage we will quote out homes that you are interested in and give you a ballpark idea of how much you can expect to make on the home(s). We can quote out as many properties for you as you like and guide you in the direction of the most profitable areas we are currently seeing. We are also happy to help get you in touch with a realtor and/or mortgage lender if you do not have one yet.

Listing/Activation: 

Once you own a property, we can then start with the activation plan. Do you want to furnish the home or do you want us to? We will have certain guidelines that meet our standard criteria we will ask you to follow if you choose to furnish the home yourself. We also partner with great local companies that can help with the design and the activation plan. If you would like us to furnish your home for you, we will be happy to take over the reins and get started ASAP. Depending on the size of your home the activation process may take anywhere from 3 days to 14 days. Our goal is to move as quickly as possible, because every day the home isn’t listed, we are missing out on booking revenue. Once everything is in the home; we will coordinate a pre-photography deep clean, then schedule professional photography. 

Make That Money! 

Managing: 

After we receive the photos back from our photographer (usually 1-2 days), we will list the property, pair with our pricing software, pair with our property management platform, and finalize the listing. We then send you, the homeowner, a link to sign up so you can see and access your homeowner platform and your property’s calendar. We are then good to go and will start promoting your property to get as many bookings for as competitive a price as possible! You will receive a monthly statement within 10 days of the end of each month and we will directly deposit your earnings into your bank account. We will handle everything else from here! No need to stress or worry about your property, you are in good hands!
